Location is pretty close to Disney attractions. It's about a 15 minute drive to there and is close to Publix and Walgreens. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room is okay and moderately clean. There is rust on the hangers, doors, refridgerator, and door knobs. There is a damp and musty feeling to the room, but it is tolerable. Cleanliness is about a 60%. We felt safe, but you might be woken up with people returning to the hotel late at night from the many amusement parks. The bed is okay, but there was a light stain on the sheets. Don't expect too much at this price. Since you probably will only be at the hotel at night, it is good enough.

Based on previous reviews, we were a bit hesitant to stay here but because the hotel is close to Tropicana Field and was much cheaper than other hotels, we decided to take a chance and we are very excited to have taken that chance. The hotel is not in an unsafe area like other reviewers said - we felt completely safe the entire time. The staff was very helpful and friendly and even brought us a fridge to our room upon request. The room was well appointed and clean. The only concern in the room was that the toilet flushed very slowly. We alerted the staff upon checkout but this issue did not detract from our stay. The pool and courtyard area were awesome! They were very clean, lush, and tropical feeling. Finally, the breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts with waffles, bagels, eggs, yogurt, cereals, juices, muffins, oatmeal, and toast. It was a great way to start our day. If our travels take us back to the area, we will definiately stay here again.

Booked two rooms in late July for two nights. Unsafe looking neighborhood.Upon arrival, police in parking lot handling a disturbance. Nice lady behind counter had to show us the SAFEST way to get to our rooms. Rooms were dirty and outside noise all night. People tried to get in room by mistake around 3 a.m. Would not stay there again if you paid me.

Cheap but disgusting Stayed there three nights. The rooms are ok but the carpet and chairs were a bit dirty. The AC/Heater unit was a bit noisy. The area is convenient and room service is ok as the staff was nice. Now for the bad..!!! When the lights are out, the creatures come out. I woke up in the middle of the night to find Cockroaches on my cover, pillow, nightstand etc.. I freaked out. Could not sleep anymore. Thank god I was alone. Yeap, Cockroaches, at least 5 of them all over the place. I had neither food nor candies but a bottle of in the room. There was a roach in my drink as well. I will in the future pay the extra $ for a better hotel. Sorry but this was a disappointing experience
