The staff was wonderful, valet great, rooms very nice! We had a 'situation and the hotel allowed us to check in extremely early which made all the difference for this particular stay. The rooms are very clean and updated. My room was noisy as it was on a busy street, but the hotel would have changed us if we would have stayed. Although it was noisy on the street, it was great to have a balcony opening up to this great street and great view.....probably my favorite part of the room. The hotel has a great little store with all of the food/drink you would go to a grocery for which was very nice!

This was a great place to stay. Wanted to stay in Santa Monica but it was too pricey for me, plus $*-$* for parking; $* at CM. True you have to travel by car to restaurants, etc., but there is a Ralph's across the street where you can save alot of money on lunch & snacks. The rooms were very clean and attractive. I didn't hear any street noise. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Free WiFi in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again & it's a short drive to Santa Monica.

Good, clean hotel just outside Beverly Hills. Location is central for visting BH, Hollywood, Universal City and Malibu (my itinerary). Nothing elaborate, but room was just what is needed: very comfortable bed and pillows, free wireless internet, comfy lounge chair, and new TV. Parking is $15 per night -- an excellent value compared to other alternatives. Valet service was always very quick. Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed here several times because I can always count on a very attractive price given the other options for the area, excellent staff attitudes, and well-maintained/clean rooms to the Courtyard standard. I didn't give them a perfect score on staff this last visit because the restaurant staff were not stellar but that's unusual because the property usually is pretty near perfect (i.e. not "satisfactory" but "exceeding expectations"). If I have to stay in LA it's the first place I think of, a really solid choice.
