Management was helpful and attentive. Conceirge was very well informed, very well organized.Valet service wasprompt and gracious. Hotel staff went out of their way to be accomodating. Here for a professional conference, treated as if we were the only guests--in th midst of thousands...attention to detail! Will return!

We stayed at the Hilton Anaheim for 4 days between Christmas and New Years. We were extremely happy with the hotel and the service we received. The lobby is huge, with a bar and several restaurants and shops and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The service we received was superb and our room was just as described, with two queen beds that were VERY comfortable and a nice view of the surrounding area out the floor to ceiling windows. The temp in the room was a constant, comfortable 68 degrees with a very quiet heating/cooling system. The first small snafu we came across was in attempting to get a Sprite from the vending machine outside our room. It was sold out, and after trying two other machines, and eventually having it take my money, I called the front desk from the hall phone and within 5 minutes, room service was at our door with two Sprites, two ice filled goblets and two straws (which, I was pleased to note were not billed to us on our final invoice). One of the days we had planned to visit Disneyland ended up being very rainy, and we decided to explore the hotel and found one of the large conference rooms set up with a large movie screen showing a newly released Disney film free for guests. :) The ONLY negative experience we had was with the housekeeping staff, who seemed to enjoy congregating in the hall just outside our room and chatting loudly early in the morning. While the walls were very sound-proof, the door was not. Regardless, I will definitely book there again.

The stay at the Hilton was very nice. As mentioned in the information online many upgrades. It was busy at the hotel but comfortable. Our room was very clean daily. We were there for the Yellow Ribbon Ceremony for deployed soldiers that was being held at the Anaheim Convention Center, Hilton was an excellent choice we literally walked across the walk to the convention center. The only down side is the food court closes to early. However, there are many choices to eat around the hotel area.

stayed here three nights for a two day disneyland trip. pros: clean establishment, starbucks on premises, starbucks also across the street at marriott's (better breakfast options), within 10 minute walking distance to gardenwalk anaheim (plenty of "good" chain restaurants), about 15 minute walk to downtown disney if you go towards/through convention center, efficient registration desk, comfy bed, generous with toiletries (gave us new shampoo, etc, almost every day). cons: free wifi only downstairs in lobby, small swimming pool, long lines at starbucks in the am (shorter ones at marriott across street), $15/day parking, no free shuttle ($4/day per person unlimited - children are cheaper) to disneyland, need to pay to use gym. overall, we looked forward coming back to the hotel at the end of each day knowing that our room will be clean and ready for us. the bonus of having starbucks downstairs is convenient, except that i wished it had a more breakfast options. didn't eat inside the hotel. loved that we were so close to restaurants such as morton's, ruth's chris, roy's, cheesecake factory, bubba gumps, cpk, etc. (I think these are newly built since we didn't see them last year.)
