The hotel was everything we hoped it would be and more. The room was perfect couldn't ask for much more, it was clean and tastefully done, the complementary products were of excellent quality. The employees that we spoke with were very friendly and helpful, all in all a great place to stay.

HAD A PROBLEM WITH CONFIRMATION E-MAIL NOT ARRIVING AFTER SUBMITTING REQUEST. CALLED TRAVELAGENCY AND AGENT NOT ONLY ANSWERED MY QUESTION BUT SUBMITTED MY ROOM REQUEST AND MADE SURE THERE WAS NO DOUBLE BILLING ON MY ACCOUNT. THE SURVICE WAS POLITE, FAST, AND VERY HELPFUL. JOB WELL DONE . ABC

The location of the hotel was great. The hotel connects to 2 other casinos, which was nice because it was really cold outside. Valet parking was included in the resort fee- another plus! Valet was quick and very courteous. Rooms were ok for the cheap rate. Walls were very thin- we heard everything going on in the room next to us. When we booked, we were told we would get a coupon book valued at $*. When we checked in, we were given a coupon book with a value of $*. We went back to check in to get the additional coupon book and the lady at the desk, was rude and refused to give it to us- she said it wasn't in our package even though I showed her the print out of our confirmation that clearly showed "$* coupon book." I called the travel agency and told them what happened- while I was on the phone, the the travel agency CSR called and cleared everything up. We went down to check in and picked up our $* coupon book.

Had a great experience. Free upgrade, great view, nice decore. Brew Bros happy hour pizza $* wings 3.99 and buffet 2 for one coupons very good. I left the roulette wheel up. Casino drinks were the only dissapointment but can't whine too much at free drinks. Looking forward to another stay!
