Cool reception by unwilling staff. Stinks like a Marlboro cigarette test range. Absolutly nothing to do, except gambling at this time of year. Unfriendly to families kids, as a lot of facilities are unavailable to minors. We had a Tuscany suite. Room was ok.

The room looked nice and the halls were redecorated, but the walls were paper thin and there was no enforcement on the numbers of people in the next door room. They had at least 12 foreigner in the room next to us that partied all night. Called desk and they sent some one to quiet them down which lasted about 5 minute, and dealing with drunks as soon as security left the party was on. Called desk again and I don't even know if any one showed up to stop the party. Never will stay at Peppermil again due to their lack of response and lack of correcting the issue. They just plain STINK, Want your money and that is it.

The Peppermill Hotel was very nice, we had a spa room just remodeled and was very clean and made up each day. Of all the hotels in Reno with a casino would definetly go back to the Peppermill Resort Spa & Casino. The staff were very friendly.

We decided last minute to stay in Reno overnight because we had an early doctor appointment the next morning. We had some shopping to do so we wanted a convenient location. We booked the room for $*. through Travel Website. We had to pay $* for a mandatory hotel fee at the front desk when we checked in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could hear people talking outside our room in the halls as they were going to their rooms in the middle of the night. It didn't surprise us since it is a casino. For the price we paid it was a good deal.
