We got a fantastic rate through Travel Website which made our stay just about perfect. Parking was ridiculously expensive, but the hotel is located in the heart of center city. Lovely room as expected at a Westin. Fabulous location. We walked to the historic district and to museums. Great shopping and restaurants very close. Room was large with large bathroom. Shower and commode in a separate room from sink area. Tastefully deocrated. Will definitely stay here again.

Not Family-Friendly like it says.

We just got back from our stay at this hotel. We were really excited to go there since Kid's Club was listed for our 6 year old. The hotel doesn't have a pool, but we didn't think it was necessary since the Kid's Club had so many activities. Checking in, I asked about the welcome packet that we were suppose to get for the Kid's Club, but I was told their club consists of a small table with crayons behind me so that kids can pretend they are checking in as well. Nothing more. Luckily our stay was short, but if we were staying longer we would have to check out early and find a more family friendly hotel. The Liberty Mall and Nickelodeon was our saving grace. The staff was very friendly, and the room was immaculate and lush. I would stay here again if it was just us adults. I do believe that they are trying to be more family friendly, they just aren't quite there yet. However, I think they shouldn't list Kid's Club as something this particular hotel has to offer.

My family enjoyed our brief stay at the Westin. Rooms were a little small, but very comfortable and the beds were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk was understaffed at night though, making it hard to reach when a large group arrived for check-in.. Although not in the immediate vicinity of the historical sites, they were easy to get to by subway and the local environment of the hotel has a lot of shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
