It was the worst stay ever!!! This hotel most likely use to be apartment buildings, when we first got we couldnt get our keys because they were having problems with the keys so they had to go an open our doors for us. When we first got in it was hot in the hallways and smelled like smoke. The sheets were either stained or not clean the comforters had cigarette burns. The room numbers were made out of tape and written with permanant marker some didnt even have numbers like our room. There was also rooms with no locks on it and security doors inside are not secure at all. What i disliked most was that online it shows a pool with water but the pool was closed once we arrived.

I have never stayed at a hotel this bad. I went through the travel agency and they said it was a 3 star hotel. I had to change my room twice because the heater did not work and it was 60 degrees in the room. On the positive the guy at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Would never go back!!!!

If it hadn't been late when we checked in I would have changed to a different hotel. I felt bad exposing my 6 year old to such a nasty place. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but this place was dirty and not worth even the discounted price. The rooms smelled like urine. The sheets and towels were stained. No smoke detectors or clock in the room. The elevators didn't work and we were forced to use the stairwells that smelled like urine and smoke also. I've never gotten out of a hotel so quickly in the morning.

they were doing some remodeling at the hotel and you could tell that at the room. You could msee the new confy bed and the bathroom contrasting with an ice age microwave, frige, pantry and a old carpet. other than that the service and price was good. excelent location if you are going to six flags over texas....

The security on the doors were not that great because half of them would open without a key. The rooms were great, but a little outdated. Appreciated the fridge in the room because we have children, and the t.v. and remote worked perfect for the time we were in our room. I would have to complain about breakfast and the lazy employee that was overseeing breakfast. She had a horrible attitude, and burnt the bacon to bits because the manager made her cook more to accomodate the guests. She did not keep the tables cleaned or trash emptied. The front desk did help me get onto the internet from my laptop though, and were very friendly and happy to help.
