Amazing Staff. But far from Fenway

My sister, mother and I are huge Red Sox fan so we decided to stay at the Hyatt Hotel Cambridge thinking that it would not be that far from Fenway Park but it actually was, we needed a cab. We stayed for only 1 night and it was only to watch a Red Sox game. If you are only going to Boston to watch a Red Sox game and have no mode of transportation, then maybe this would NOT be the best hotel, but if you are coming for other reason, then definitely stay here. The hotel is not luxurious but it is very comfortable and the best thing from the hotel was actually the service and staff. The staff was EXCELLENT and we NEVER had a problem with them. They tried their best to please our need and drove us to our destination. They were extremely kind so A+ Like I said, we only stayed for 1 night so we didnt go to the pool, we did not participate in any hotel activities, we did not use the fitness facilities or business center; we just arrived, checked in, took a shower and off we went to Fenway Park. Bottom line is this....I would definitely stay here again! But because we only want to go to Boston to watch a Red Sox game, we are better off picking a hotel that is closer to the stadium that way we can walk back.

Two families stayed with teenagers to go to Fenway for a Sox game. THe hotel was clean and beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. We were able to walk to Fenway, and took the rail to the markets at the govt center. Parking was $* per night and I couldn't see why. THere was a charge for internet and the hotel restaurant was pricey. But, the beds were very comfy and we would stay again if we got a good rate. Boston was very nice and the streets were clean.

08/02/2010This hotel not only charged my credit card three times!! but it also took weeks for them to give me back my money. and they shouldnt have even charged it ...
This hotel not only charged my credit card three times!! But it also took weeks for them to give me back my money. And they shouldnt have even charged it at all because i booked through Web It seems they did take anything serious and didnt care much about all the extra charges i occured because of their mistake. Beside that the room was OK. The location was horrible and the people were not too friendly. We will never go back.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. It had a beautiful lobby and the view from the clear sided elevators of the river and skyline of downtown Boston was inspiring. The room was nicely appointed and the setup of the room was great. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to my next trip to Boston when I will stay in this same hotel.

the room was nice, i got it at promotion rate, but if u want to park at the hotels parking lot it's $*/night , lol ... crazy ,,,i parked on the street right next to the hotel, same goes for anything else, internet is not free its like $*/night, bottle of aquafina water is $* - nuts - aquafina is purified tap water, lol food is priced out of this world, lol - look for something else. not going to stay there again
