  we had two(2) connecting room on the 11th floor. Our stay was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, and romms were very clean. We really had a great time and look forward to our next stay real soon. rating all 5

  The room was pretty nice, much nicer than the Nugget. Also internet is included in the resort fee. The waffle at the diner was pretty good and it wasn't a miles long walk from parking to the check in desk to the elevators. No parking garage though if you want covered parking. Also far from the strip if that is something you want.

  I found hairs everywhere, in bed and on the carpet just as well. Front desk was not interested in servicing your need. I just wanted a room that was clean enough for my wife and myself. I couldn't understand their attitude because vacancy was so very hight there at that time. Your wish means nothing here. No wonder they copy your driver license into their system. I did not like this place at all. The worst place for lodging in Reno!
