When we are in the area we stay at this Best Western. We like the convience to the Disney area. The staff is always professional, kind, helpful, and courtious. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the common areas. Housekeeping and Maintenance go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Always a pleasure to be here.

The food in the restaurant was always cold and not very good they had the nerve to charge you for that breakfeast. there was no ref. in room I asked about it and they said you had to pay $* more a night. and I am a gold crown member. I was disappointed the ice machine was broken we had to go down a few flight to get ice. The first night we were there we asked for a 6 AM wake up call and never got it however it was close to magic kingdom and the shuttle bus was on time

Yes, the front desk person was very helpful and friendly. It would of been nice that the hotel had said that work was still being done at this property. There was a lack of hot water when it came time to shower. The elevators where so slow that my family and myself decided to walk down to the lobby and then leave for the day. The air conditioner in our room was so cold, itwas comfortable even after we turned the unit off. The only real thing that was great about this hotel was it's location to what we were doing during our stay.
