We found a great rate on line so we thought we would try it out. What we found was a nice place but the employees were not happy to work there.Twice the front desk was less than helpful. Our plan was to stay longer but was told they were fully booked. We could extend if we went back on line. This made no sense. So we went online and could book at a lower price. Back to the front and a new employee said she could not extend us. If we booked online they would have to give us a room. Gave up. Decided a hotel next door would do. Went to the pool bar and they said only 600 rooms were booked. Now a hotel with 1700 rooms had room. Next day while checking out the clerk said we could extend at a full rate. No thanks. Price was to high for what you get. Pool was nice. Spa was easy to book but they need more experience at what they do.

We stayed at the Peabody for the first time just last week. It is a wonderful hotel that I would definitely stay in again. The rooms are good sized with ample shower space. The only problem we ran into was finding the front desk at 2am when we arrived due to a flight delay.

I have stayed at the Peabody on several previous occassions, but this time was fantastic. I was able to get a Club Level room in Tower #2 and this was the best room I have ever stayed in. My son loved the TV inside the mirror in the bathroom. I loved the night lights that would turn on and off automaticly. The hotel was immaculately clean. The service was great and I loved their new pool with a waterfall and a water slide. Not only that but it is in a great location, near EVERYTHING, from I-4 to helicopter rides to hundreds of great restaurants.

I was beyond pleased with our experience at the Peabody. I was traveling with 3 children alone and was checked into a near by hotel where I did not feel safe. I walked over to the Peabody and the front desk took care of us. I felt like a queen. Our room was AMAZING. My children loved the room (especially the TV in the bathroom mirror) and the pool. The grounds are perfect and the staff is wonderful. I can't wait to stay here again!
