Why, at $* a night, does one have to buy wireless service at a hotel like this? Yes, you can go to the business center, but if you plan to use Skype you have to bring your own computer and have everyone else in there listen in on your conversation. No one can be happy about that.

This hotel is great. Nice, clean, and conveniently located right across the street from the Kendall/MIT stop on the red line (subway). If you don't want to pay for a more expensive hotel downtown but still want a really nice one, this is great. Walk out the front door, jump on the subway and you are downtown in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and changed us to a room with a view at no cost.

We stayed on Dec. 30. The room was clean and tidy with the Charles River view. It's excellent experience for only * bucks. The only problem was, even we put the tag out the door hanger requesting the cleaning time after noon, the cleaner knocked the door at 11am and tried to come in to do the cleaning. It's a little annoying.

I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the stay. However, on my most recent stay, I noticed that the bedding and towels were somewhat worn along with the furniture in the room. The staff were not as pleasant as in previous stays.

I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed the stay. However, on my most recent stay, I noticed that the bedding and towels were somewhat worn along with the furniture in the room. The staff were not as pleasant as in previous stays.
