The people running this place were INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful. The hotel itself is tiny and cramped, the parking lot entirely too small even for the few rooms they have, and most importantly, our room STUNK! It smelled like a combination of bug spray, harsh cleansers and cheap room deodorizer. We did not feel safe inhaling that. When we asked for another room, the clerk refused and when we told them we were leaving , the manager said to the clerk (right in front of us) "Go check the room to make sure they didn't do anything to it!" We had stayed here previously, about a year ago, and had sworn never to go back for the very same reasons, but had not realized it was the same place until we got there! We won't make that mistake again!!!

We came in for a conference in April of 2009. The hotel is not safe for two single girls. Strangers wandering around, very scary. The staff was rude, not helpful at all. Would not help call a cab, when asked to suggest a place for dinner he said look in a phone book, difficult to get extra towels. The bed was hard, the place smelled, chipped floor, ripped curtains, smelly fridge, the lights dim when you use the microwave, little water pressure...I can't say enough to tell you...DON'T STAY HERE!!! I have done a lot of traveling across the country and have never stayed in a place where I felt this unsafe. Yes it was cheap....but you get what you pay for.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I was in town visiting friends, and they had followed me to the hotel to help me get settled in. Upon arriving, the (extremely rude) stereotypical hotel manager/clerk informed me that there were no guests allowed. I assured him I was the only one staying the night, and that they were just here waiting for me to get settled in. He got a harsher tone and said that there are no guests allowed to even park at the facility, and that they would be monitoring this. I had never EVER been to a hotel that did not allow a single guest to even be in the area. I was traveling alone, and as a female, I wanted a few friends to know where I was staying and to visit when possible. I had paid almost $ dollars for one night, and I could not even have the people I was visiting come over to see me. It made no sense. After shrugging it off, I decided to go see my room anyway. The only source of light was from two lamps and the bathroom light. There was a switch at the entrance, but there was no overhead light and the switch did not work. I was at the end of a dark hallway. At that point, I turned to my friends and told them there was no way I would stay alone here without visitors. I returned to the office and gave back my room key. Rude as ever, the clerk did not try to help in any way. He only told me 'no refunds'. That night, I slept on the floor at one of my friend's house. DO NOT STAY HERE!
