I booked a rewards night at this location due to its proximity of Downtown Disney. Despite what was written by others I found the hotel quite clean and the staff courteous. We had two rooms. The breakfast was average and acceptable. If you want a grand breakfast pay for it else where. After my stay I can understand why people complained about the breakfast/seating. If you take 500 people all trying to eat breakfasts and leave for a park at the same time that can happen. For the price point of the rooms you can

I would give this hotel maybe 2 out of 5 stars. The pictures on their website are probably at least 15 years old. There have been no updates to any of the rooms. It seems as if all the update money has been spent on the outside and the lobby of the hotel. Our bathroom counter was starting to fall off the wall and the mattresses on the beds were so old that we couldn't even use one of the beds. It was so broken down that we could just roll off. The only good part was that it was cheap, but I still feel as if the money we paid per night was too high for the overall quality of the hotel.

The hotel was easy to get to and from Universal. It had a pool and the staff was friendly. We were very close to Disney and down town Orlando. For the price it was great. It was a little beat up but we hardly spent anytime in the room other than to rest. I would probably stay there again for the price.
