Had to apologize to my coworkers for booking this hotel!
11/12/2010My coworkers called as soon as they saw the rooms. their comments were that the rooms smelled bad, nasty carpet, old bubbled-up countertops, cigarette burns on the furniture, altogether ...
My coworkers called as soon as they saw the rooms. Their comments were that the rooms smelled bad, nasty carpet, old bubbled-up countertops, cigarette burns on the furniture, altogether unclean looking rooms, and one coworkers doorknob was broken, DID NOT LOCK. He asked to be moved or it be fixed, neither one happened. For 2 days, they locked laptops and other electronics in one room. Another unappetizing occurrence - "ladies of the evening" that were loitering outside the hotel and one evening were asking the Front Desk for a room at a discount, for "just a few hours". I was embarassed that I didn't do more research before booking this hotel and it will not happen again.

Stayed for two nights in September 2009. Pretty much what I expected for a low end hotel but it had everything I expected. Had to repair the bath plug otherwise everything else seemed to work. 24 hour coffee at reception if you didn't want to use the room unit. Reception area A/C was under repair so breakfast time was starting to warm up a little but no problem. Hotel staff courteous and friendly. Local friends suggested this was a "bad area" but saw nothing to substantiate that, although I did not go walking around at night outside.

First of all the hotel did not have applications for the comfort Inns (stay 3nights get a 50 dollar gas card) promotion. So that was a waste. second the bed are very hard, I stayed in S. Korea for 14 months and never felt beds that uncomfortable. You can not plug any DVD or gaming system into the TV. Third the room stunk, and the only button that didnt work on the phone was the button to the front desk. Just was not a good value.

Pleasant hotel
04/22/2008Front desk was friendly, room was spacious and clean. breakfast was adequate (included with room). it was too cool for a swim but pool area was attractive.

05/24/2007Hotels is excellent compare to other ones in the area. i dont know why other people complain.what else you want they have free breakfast,wi-fi,newspaper,heated pool ...
hotels is excellent compare to other ones in the area. I dont know why other people complain.what else you want they have free breakfast,wi-fi,newspaper,heated pool and Spa, really nice people at front desk .nice newely renovated rooms. its a limited service hotel not a 5 star.people pay $70 and expect 5 star service its wrong.anyway i like it there and i am sure its a very nice clean property and affordable. dont just judge hotel because you have a problem..sorry just being honest. good luck people.
