My husband and 3 year old son stayed at this hotel over the weekend and had a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was pleasantly large and very clean. Was great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. It is a pet friendly hotel (we decided at the last minute not to take our dog) but I never heard barking or noise. Breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but it was good. It was very convenient to the city and there was a train station within walking distance. We will certainly stay again!!

I prepaid for 4 days. When I was checking in, I was told by the night clerk that my reservation was for 3 days and did not start until the next day. I called Travel Website rigth away and the Travel Website agent called the motel to get it straightended out. When I was checking out, I double checked to make sure that everything was fine. However, when I got my credit card bill, it showed a charge for an extra night.

Had a great night's stay at the Hotel Tria this past Christmas...updated rooms, flat screen tv, excellent location close to 2 T stops (red line!), shuttle to said T stops, wi-fi throughout the hotel. Add that to really friendly staff and a delicious continental breakfast, what's not to love? Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends heading back east

I just had a chance to visit Hotel Tria after its complete rebuild. The hotel looks great, the breakfast was way beyond what one normally gets at a Best Western, and the room was comfortable with a good bed. The bar will be a great place to unwind at night.

Although it was in the process of installing wifi access to all rooms, resulting in a small degree of unsightliness, it was still clean and attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful; the place was clean and comfortable. Better continental breakfast than I expected, too! The location next to a Whole Foods store was another positive surprise. Transportation may be inconvenient without a car, but the Alewife T station is walkable. Oh, the $12.50 overnight parking fee came as an UNpleasant surprise.
