I stayed overnight at the Westin Perimeter hotel and found the room to be rather bland and ordinary. The room was not very clean and much smaller than the pictures suggest. The biggest problem are the paper thin walls. They were so thin that when the phone rang next door, I thought it was the phone in my room ringing. Of course I could hear everything that was going on next door, and I do mean EVERYTHING. I slept about two hours because of the noise, much of it having more to do with the walls than the occupants. A couple weeks later, I found on my bank statement that I had been charged extra despite not using in services or anything. It was a hassle trying to contact the hotel and speak to an actual human being. I was forced to have to leave a series of voicemails because no one would call me back. As of this writing, this situation has not been resolved. I would definitely NOT stay here again. There’s a reason why the other reviews don’t recommend this hotel. The walls are too thin, the rooms too small and unclean to consider staying here again. Their customer service is poor and they will charge your card without feeling inclined to explain why.

I have stayed at Westin hotels in the past, but this was worse than staying at a motel 6. I agree with the first reviewer in that the drains in the shower drained really slow and that the cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. The staff was pretty nice but almost blind to the subpar standards of the hotel. I was on the elevator with a self admitted "escort". Apparently she and her "friends" frequent this hotel nightly. Not the environment for kids...or any other guest that just wants a clean room to sleep on....it really made me question the sanitation of the building knowing so much "fun" happens here nightly! Try another hotel!

I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. First, I took a shower and it has a horrible slow drain. The door knob has some sort of dried, red residue on the handle. The food was horrible. This hotel is not like the Westin quality I have had in the past. Great area and lots to do within the area, but I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
