Not a safe hotel

You will pay for parking but the hotel does not provide security over the parking lot. 5 cars broken into in one night in multiple locations on the lot. Police stated that no one has seen security for days, there is a history of breakins at this property, and hotel only has security cameras in some places in front-none in back. We did not leave valuables in car but had to report breakin to the police and drive home without a window until fixed. Big time consumer. Visitors can by-pass the lobby area to reach stairs to rooms by coming in the back door which was not locked by 10:45pm. Another security issue. Call to get the personal property crime statistics at this hotel from Anaheim police before you book your room.

06/17/2010Quiet, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and within walking distance to the convention center and many attractions and stores. very good hotel restaurants!we will definitely stay there next time.

It was a little dated but all and all not bad for the price. After we stayed there we noticed a Hilton right across the street and had wished we would have looked into it. I think it was comparably priced.

The rooms smelled, bathrooms were not clean. we had to pay for the parking when they said that parking was free if you were visiting Disney Land. When we told them they said that they could not do anything about it. Over all, you got what you paid for. Cheap price for a cheap room.
