Important Hotel Information
- Between the dates of November 28, 2011 and February 3, 2012, Hyatt at The Bellevue will be undergoing a minor renovation including all suites. The renovation will not affect the normal amenities of the hotel. Measures have been taken to ensure a positive guest experience during the transformation.

Very comfortable nice size rooms, excellent bed, bathrooms need major updating. Beautiful restaurants. My room had a room with windows facing outside, but there are rooms that face an interior courtyard, which would have been a problem for some people

I PREPAID five nights at the Park Hyatt hotel. It costs me over * dollars. They took us to a cheaper room, different from what we paid for.After I left the hotel, the receipt was for * dollars. When I called the accounting office requesting that the differemce to be paid back to my credit card, the lady did not find my original payment bill. She promised to call me back. So far she did not.

I parked my car in the wrong lot. The staff actually came with me to help me move my car. I was not charged for moving my car to their lot. I paid for the original lot only. Very pleasant kind human beings work here.

It is a beautiful hotel. The only thing I did not like was I asked for a smoking room and did not get it until the second night. I asked a month before the trip. They were accomodating and did rectify the situation. Everyone was VERY helpful and nice. My whole family was there because my son got married on Jan.10 there. They did a beautiful job.
