Terrible!!!

They put us at the extreme far end of the hotel, right beside the wing they are renovating. Of course very noisy and workman's dust all over our car. I am diabetic and requested a fridge a month before my stay. They front desk told me to just ask for it when I checked in. We I checked in, they said I should have requested it in advance! Luckily, I eventually got one. The resturant on site has one sign that says breakfast buffet at 6:30am. Another that says 7. We came down and by 7:30 when the hotel shuttle left, the doors were still locked, so no food. We asked them that night if they would be open in time and they said yes. The next morning, doors were open but by 7:30, they were still working on getting food on the buffet. So another day, no food. We came back to our room at the end of the first day, no housekeeping was done. We called & they said they could change our room, but we declined and just took two extra towels. We looked all over in the room for the welcome book all hotels have, but none was here. We called and asked for one & they said they don't have any in any rooms. Tried to connect to the internet & of course "unable to connect" Their solution was to use the lobby wifi. This hotel isn't worth *, much less the * they charge. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Worse hotel I ever stayed in
12/02/2009Table lamps were broken, guests were noisy, loud music, sofas were dirty with large stains. this hotel would only be worth it at half the price.
