I'm usually a very happy Holiday Inn & Express customer. This particular hotel was the absolute worst 2 hours of my travel life. I'll sum it up: got my room key, didn't work. Went back downstairs, came back to the room. TV didn't work since for some reason it was unplugged. Then I sat in the chair that had a broken wheel, so I fell backwards. I went to the front desk and they promptly sent someone upstairs. He brought me another broken chair but did fix the TV. I was also notified the wifi doesn't work above the 10th floor. Well I was on the 11th...so what good does that do me? right? lol .... so they moved me to the 7th floor where it still didnt work. Now, this is only within an hour and a half. I had the maid walk in on me twice (without knocking) in both rooms. I attempted callling their customer relations hotline number and can't get through. I hope someone from holiday inn reads this because I will NEVER stay at a HI or HIE ever again. I'm at the hyatt right now...and its sweet! Very nice people!! clean!

the staff was real rude to me and my quest my tv and my phone didn't work in my room. we thought breakfast was free when we went down to fix breakfast and ask was it free staff was rude and snatch plate and stated no it's * bucks so if u want to eat u got to pay like * bucks was a problem but the front desk was real friendly

My 2 sisters and I came in late evening and was greeted warmly by both the valet staff and the front desk. Our room was non-smoking, nice and clean, and with a great view. We were hungry and the front desk personal gave us dirctions to a couple of places. The only negative was we had to put a $* deposit because we did not book through Holiday Inn directly and parking was $*. We would stay here again.

This hotel was in an IDEAL location--around a 5-7 minute WALK from Philips Arena. From our room, we looked at the CNN building, Centennial Park was right there, and to the right was The Georgia Aquarium. The beds in this hotel were awesome, and I have NEVER experienced a friendlier staff. EVERYONE was awesome--GREAT experience all the way around. Whenever going to a concert or event in that area in the future, I will always stay there.
