I've stayed here a few times for Steelers games and it gets better each time. Free parking. Free shuttle to downtown. Free drinks at happy hour. Nice room and staff. I'll keep going back.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2010. Overall, it was a nice hotel. I will never stay there again though because I could hear the guests in the next room loud and clear. Every word spoken could be clearly heard in my room. My spouse and I had to be very careful to keep our conversations quiet and to a minimum because we didn't want to be overheard. Otherwise it was a nice stay. I cannot recommend this hotel though because of the lack of privacy.

My husband and I just came home from a fast few days in Pittsburgh to visit the new Casino. This hotel is like the best kept secret I feel.. I found it on this web-site and after arriving home I had to write a quck review. The front desk from the moment we checked in were as nice and helpful as could be. I enjoyed standing there and talking to them. Our room, a king size room was amazingly huge, it was a corner room with a bed area and a living room sitting area with a large flat screen tv. It was very welcoming every evening we came home as well as the cocktail party every night from 5 - 7. We got to meet many people from all over as well as enjoyed cocktails and munchies.. The bartender who is a staff person was amazingly fun and entertaining as well. The hotel has shuttle service to the casino which is really only 10 minutes away on the highway. We opted to take our own car because we did not know our time frame. Breakfast was a nice assortment of items, waffles, bagels, muffins , gravy and biscuts, donuts and assorted cereals. This hotel will be having my business again and again, no need to spend $*on a room, this one would well be worth that at half the price.. Great job to all that work here!! The only suggestion I would like to pass on is that they should build a resturant on site.
