  Room air(80 degrees in room) did not work and staff would/could not repair. Indicated facility was full with no other rooms available. When I told him we were checking out another room was suddenly located after we had been none were available. Drunks in the hallway and a collection of mongramed towels from several different hotels were also a nice touch--Yikes! Bates Motel special.

  I stayed for two nights and it was horrible. We booked for a suite with two doubles and what turned up instead was the front desk telling us that they did not have it even though we booked ahead of time. They gave us two double beds and charged us the amount for the suite. The bed was uncomfortable and had bugs in their beds that bite. The front desk didn't answer the phone call for the morning call until very late. The morning call was two minutes late. The breakfast could have been better. The pool had no water.

  Thought this would be decent because of the 3 diamond rating - mistake. The matress, pillows and sheets were very uncomfortable. There were tons of little bugs flying around outside the room and many of them made it inside - we found them among the sheets, in the towels and big silverfish in the bathtub. The pool was dirty, fitness equipment was old and not all working, breakfast was stale. I don

  The rooms smelled of smoke although it was nonsmoking. the bed was hard, the linens were extremely scratchy and so dirty. the bathrooms were decent.
